Yogurt Parfait Ingredients (single serving)
1/2 Cup (4 oz) of Greek Yogurt
Strawberries (I had HUGE ones and used 2)
1 Tablespoon Wheat Germ
1/3 Cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch

And I topped off breakfast with a fresh brew of french roast, topped with frothed milk and cinnamon!
