I would love to help you become the healthiest you can be. I especially love helping new moms. Our bodies change as pregnancy proceeds as well as after the birth of our sweeties. We need to take special care to ensure we are getting ALL of the nutrition we need. It's SO easy to put yourself last when you are taking care of someone else full time - so GIVE your body the fuel it needs nutritionally and with exercise.
